Compression-only Life Support
COLS is designed for individuals seeking basic life-saving skills, focusing entirely on compression-only CPR technique. It is the highest-throughput program Insight CPR runs, suited to large hospital staff cohorts, school assemblies and company-wide rollouts where every participant needs practical, hands-on training.

BCLS builds on compression-only technique with full basic life support skills — airway management, rescue breathing and choking response — for healthcare workers and frontline staff who need broader emergency-response competency, including for NABH accreditation and renewal requirements.

CCLS is Insight CPR's most advanced program, built for clinical and critical-care teams who must manage cardiac emergencies end-to-end — recognition, resuscitation, stabilisation and handover. Delivered by consultant anaesthesiologists and critical care specialists with decades of emergency medicine experience.

Insight CPR's First Aid Training covers the everyday emergencies every workplace and school should be ready for: burns, sprains, clean cuts, breathlessness and stroke recognition. Offered as Basic (for up to 10 people) or Advanced (adding breathlessness and stroke response, also for up to 10 people) packages, both including COLS.
Ideal for: Industrial companies, corporate offices, schools (choking and playground injuries)

AED training gives participants hands-on confidence with automated external defibrillators - recognising when to use one, safe operation, and integrating AED use into the CPR sequence. Frequently paired with BCLS or CCLS for hospitals and corporates that have on-site defibrillators.
